You will receive your permanent MASS Soccer Player Passcard within 3 weeks of your completed registration. Permanent passcards will be mailed to the address provided by you on the Player Information page.

I lost my card, how do I get a replacement? Can I still play?

Players may access their online registration account at any time and click the "Home" tab and then choose the “replacement card” option. There is a $7 charge for replacement cards. Once a player submits payment and requests a replacement, they may print a temporary paper MASS Soccer Player Passcard. Replacement cards will be sent to players via US mail within 7 days of replacement request. Players will NOT be allowed to play without either their temporary paper or permanent MASS Soccer Player Passcard.

Can a team representative just keep copies of all the temporary Passcards in the event a player loses or forgets to bring their card to a game?

No, temporary Passcards expire 3 weeks from the date they are printed. In addition, players must present their physical Passcard, not a copy. Players are encouraged to store their passcard with their soccer equipment.

I created an account on the registration site but I never got an e-mail from MASS Soccer to start the registration process. What do I need to do?

Be sure to check your spam folder. Many corporate email systems have been marking our activation email as spam. You may want to change your filter settings to allow emails from "Do-Not-Reply@mass-soccer.org". If the activation email is not in your spam folder please try again. There may have been a typo in your email address. If you are still unsuccessful, please contact Andrea at andrea@mass-soccer.org

I’m a team manager, can I just register players who don’t have an email address or computer access?

No, managers may not register for players because each player must electronically sign their own liability waiver. However, managers may help players through the online registration process by creating an email account, etc. Players without an email address or computer access may also register in-person. Please contact Andrea at Registrar@Mass-Soccer.org for in person registration information.

I’m a league registrar and I would like to validate that a player registered correctly?

League registrars may log-in to the online registration system as a registrar to validate player registration completion and player MASS Soccer Player Passcard numbers. Please contact the state registrar at Registrar@Mass-Soccer.org for log-in information.

I play in multiple leagues. Do I need a separate MASS Soccer Player Passcard for each league?

No, players who play in multiple leagues need only ONE MASS Soccer Player Passcard. Players are responsible for reporting their MASS Soccer Player Passcard number to each team manager.

What forms of payment are accepted?

The online registration site is equipped to accept payment via major credit cards and Paypal. Players may want to create a Paypal account prior to beginning online registration. Players who do not wish to use a credit card or create a Paypal account may choose to register in person. Please note: there is an additional $5 fee for players who register in person. To register in person, players must bring a government ID, $30 payment (credit card, cash or money order), and a current photo.

Why do you need my government ID number?

MASS Soccer must verify player identity and date of birth for leagues with age restrictions. In addition, US Soccer and USASA require accurate player information.

Who do I report to if a referee doesn’t check for MASS Soccer Player Passcards?
