Pellegrini Field at Hawthorn Park

Directions to Pellegrini Field:

1. From most starting points, it is best to get to the Newton Corner exit of the Mass Pike (between I-95 (128) and downtown Boston on the Pike)
2. Head West on Washington Street for about 0.4 miles (see below for more details)
3. Turn right on Adams Street (if you pass a large church property, Our Lady of the Christians, you have gone too far).  Go about 0.4 miles on Adams Street.
4. Turn left at the next traffic light on Watertown Street (Route 16)
5. Turn left at the next street, Hawthorne.   Parking lot is on the right.

Stay North of the Sheraton Hotel and go straight (when the traffic circle curves left over the Pike) onto Washington Street.

Go halfway around the traffic circle (over the Pike once).  Stay North of the Sheraton Hotel and go straight (when the traffic circle curves left over the Pike) onto Washington Street.

1. From Needham ? either take 128 North to Pike Eastbound or if one wants to take the shortest path from Needham  (North on Highland Ave to Needham Street to Centre St. to Newton Corner)
2. From Sudbury ? Pike Eastbound, probably from Route 20 to 128 South
3. From Franklin ? Pike Eastbound, probably from 495
4. From Quincy ? Pike Westbound, probably from I-93 North
5. From Cambridge ? your pick ? Route 16 straight to the field or Pike / Storrow Drive & Soilders Field Road Westbound to Newton Corner exit
